Beginning Tuesday, July 19, and continuing for approximately 3 weeks, the City of Columbus has advised that 11th Avenue, between Worthington St. and Neil Ave., will be westbound only. Access to the 11th Avenue Garage will be maintained, accessible via east on 10th Ave., north on Highland Ave., and west on 11th Ave.
