On Saturday, September 14, from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m., 12th Avenue, between High Street and College Road, will be closed for the MCC Block Party. Vehicular traffic will be detoured to 11th or 18th avenues during this time. Travel delays and heavy pedestrian traffic are anticipated.
