Cannon Drive, between 12th Avenue and John Herrick Drive, opened Friday, June 21. Lane closures along Cannon Drive will occur in July for roadway restriping, but traffic will be maintained in both directions.
Beginning Monday, June 24, the Ackerman Shuttle (ACK) and the Morehouse to Med Center Shuttle (MM) will resume service along 12th Avenue. The ACK will stop at Harding Hospital and will no longer stop at BRT. All other stops for both the ACK and the MM will remain the same.
As roadways reopen and traffic patterns change, all are reminded to always keep safety in mind when moving on and around campus. Make safety a priority while walking, biking or driving. Be aware of your surroundings when traveling and stop distracting behaviors that may put you at risk. We all share the road and the responsibility.
