Neil Avenue Lane Restrictions

From July 31 through the end of November 2023, Neil Avenue between 10th and 11th avenues, will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction. Pedestrians will be detoured to the east side of Neil to cross at the 12th Avenue crosswalk as the crosswalk at 10th and 11th avenues remain closed. Detour signage will be in place. The COTA stop at the Neil and 10th avenues will be closed during this time. Travel delays in the area are anticipated. These closures support continued construction work at the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Center.
