King Avenue Lane and Sidewalk Restrictions, Trail Impacts

Beginning April 1 and continuing through early June, eastbound King Avenue, between Olentangy River Road and Cannon Drive, will be restricted to one lane and the sidewalk on the south side of King Avenue will be closed during off-peak hours. The lane restriction will be removed from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists should anticipate delays and pedestrians will be directed to the northern sidewalk. The section of the upper Olentangy Trail located between 5th Avenue and King Avenue will be closed for utility work. Trail users will be directed to the lower trail during this time. Signage will be in place.
