To help reduce costs for travel during academic breaks, the Campus Area Bus Service (CABS) will provide a free shuttle for students, faculty and staff between Ohio State's Columbus campus and John Glenn International Airport for the 2026-2027 academic year.
On campus, shuttles will pick-up from the Ohio Union loop (12th Avenue side) on the hour. At John Glenn International Airport, shuttles will drop-off on the departure level and pick-up on the baggage claim/ground transportation level in the commercial transportation area and same area as parking shuttles.
For the return trip to campus, drop-offs will be at the Ohio Union loop (12th Avenue side), at the Blackburn House bus stop on Woodruff Avenue and at the Mid Towers bus stop on Cannon Drive.
The Academic Break Airport Shuttle service was launched during winter break 2022 through a collaborative partnership between Transportation and Traffic Management and Undergraduate Student Government (USG) to help address student transportation needs between Ohio State's Columbus campus and John Glenn International Airport during academic breaks.
