Cockins Loading Dock, Baker Systems Green Space and Sidewalk Impacts

Beginning, March 24, one ADA parking space in the Cockins loading dock will close. From March 31 through late August, a portion of the green space south of Baker Systems Engineering, in addition to the sidewalks east and west of the area, will be closed. Signage will detour pedestrians accordingly. The entrance / exit on the south side of the building will not be accessible during this time. Lane restrictions on Neil Avenue north of Annie and John Glenn Avenue will be in place. Beginning May 5, the full green space and the entire Cockins loading dock will be closed through the remainder of the project. The closure supports utility infrastructure work in the academic core that will continue through fall 2025.
