Multiple Ohio Stadium concerts are scheduled in August that will generate travel impacts on campus. Motorists should allow additional time, plan for significant travel delays and follow directions of traffic officials in the roadway. From August 4 to 12, the Olentangy Trail reroute will be moved east to Tuttle Park Place due to heavy-event traffic anticipated in the area. The two weekday events on August 8 and 11 are anticipated to cause major disruption to campus travel. Several roadways will be closed, limited parking will be available, and major CABS service delays are anticipated.

On Sunday, August 6, summer commencement will also take place at the Jerome Schottenstein Center and the Grandview Yard run will occur on campus.
Impacts on August 8, 11*:
- Road Closures
- Traffic patterns will go into effect as early as 1:00 p.m.
- The following roadways will be restricted to event permits, emergency vehicles or CABS routes only:
- Woody Hayes Drive from Kenny Road to College Road
- Cannon Drive / John Herrick Drive from Woody Hayes Drive to Neil Avenue
- Tuttle Park Place from Lane Avenue to Annie and John Glenn Avenue
- Parking
- The west stadium parking lot will experience closures leading up to the event series.
- Surface lots surrounding Ohio Stadium will be limited to event parking only.
- Individuals who typically park in the West Stadium, East Stadium or South French Fieldhouse lots are encouraged to park on the north side of St. John Arena in the north Fieldhouse and north St. John Lots.

- CABS
- Buckeye Express, Campus Connector and Campus Loop South will experience delays as event traffic increases.
- The Medical Center Express route will experience delays and will be rerouted from 10:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. to avoid outbound event traffic where possible. Service to the Herrick Hub and west campus will continue.

- Wexner Medical Center Staff
- 2nd and 3rd shift medical center staff with a west campus permit (WA, WB) may park in the 9th Avenue East, 9th Avenue West, Old Cannon Garage, Northwest, Neil and Ohio Union South garages beginning at 1 p.m. on August 8 and 11.

- Carmack lot parkers should use the Kinnear Road entrance and exit to avoid event traffic parking in the area.
