Beginning Monday, November 18, Wexner Medical Center staff needing access to the Medical Center Overnight On-Demand service will need to request a ride via the TripShot app. Staff will need to use their Ohio State username (name.#) and password to login. The Medical Center Overnight On-Demand service runs Monday through Friday, 12:30 a.m. to 5 a.m., and provides service between Davis Heart and Lung, Doan Hall, Carmack 2 (OVN), Carmack 3 (OVN), Carmack 5 Stop 1 (OVN), and Carmack 5 Stop 2 (OVN). Track shuttles in real-time and allow push notifications to receive updates about service delays. Customers can begin using the app now, but will be required to do so beginning November 18 as the current ride request phone line and call buttons will no longer be available at that time.
