The Twenty One Pilots Ohio Stadium concert happens Oct. 17 and the Columbus Marathon travels through campus Oct. 18. CABS service will be suspended and travel delays are anticipated. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time and follow the directions of traffic officials in this area.
Saturday, October 17 – Twenty One Pilots Ohio Stadium Concert
Plan for traffic patterns like a home football Saturday. Woody Hayes between Tuttle Park Place and Cannon Drive will close at noon. Other roadways will be impacted at 2 p.m. All CABS routes, including CABS On-Demand, will be suspended at noon. Regular service will resume two hours after the end of the event.
Sunday, October 18 – Columbus Marathon
Several campus streets, including sections of Kenny Road, Woody Hayes Drive, Tuttle Park Place, 19th Avenue, College Road, Annie and John Glenn Avenue and Neil Avenue will be closed intermittently from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vehicular traffic will be delayed entering / exiting areas within the event route. Access to the Carmack Lots on west campus will be available via Kinnear Road and Lane Avenue. All CABS routes, including CABS On-Demand, will be suspended during this time.
