During home football Saturdays, motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow additional travel time and follow the directions of traffic control officers in this area. CABS routes (including paratransit and on-demand service) are suspended six hours before kickoff until two hours after the end of the game.
In observance of the Labor Day holiday, CABS will run reduced service on Monday, September 4. The Campus Connector route and paratransit will operate on the weekend schedule and CABS On-Demand will provide regular service. All other routes will not run during this time.

As highlighted by Ohio State News, researchers have demonstrated that they could use cameras installed on CABS buses at The Ohio State University to automatically and accurately measure counts of vehicles on urban roadways.
"Sharing access to our bus cameras for traffic monitoring is a great example of how university operations can support research and learning," said Tom Holman, director of Transportation and Traffic Management (TTM). "We are happy to share existing resources that can generate helpful data for long-term traffic planning purposes on campus and beyond."

As highlighted by The Lantern, The Undergrad Student Government (USG) is partnering with Transportation and Traffic Management (TTM) to once again provide a free airport shuttle for spring break travelers.
The shuttles will take students to John Glenn International Airport and will run hourly on March 10 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and March 11 from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Shuttles will also be available to take students back to campus on March 18 from 12 p.m to 12 a.m. and March 19 from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
CABS spring break service will run from Monday, March 13 through Friday, March 17. Most CABS routes will run reduced bus during the week, with no service overnight. The Med Center Express will continue to run regular service. Regular CABS service will resume on Saturday, March 18. A free spring break airport shuttle between Ohio State's Columbus campus and John Glenn International Airport will also be available on select dates.
Safety is the university’s top priority and Facilities Operations and Development (FOD), CampusParc, Transportation & Traffic Management (TTM) and the Department of Public Safety work together to offer services during the winter months to keep you safe. As snow and ice start to collect, FOD teams are dispatched to treat campus roadways and sidewalks. They remain on campus throughout the day and night treating and plowing as needed. CampusParc crews will also be on campus treating parking lots and garages, with garage rooftops remaining open, when possible.
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, CABS will run reduced service on Monday, January 16. The Campus Connector (CC) route and paratransit will operate on the weekend schedule and CABS On-Demand will provide regular service. All other routes will not run during this time.
