CABS winter break service begins Friday, December 19. Most CABS routes will run reduced bus service Monday - Friday, with no service overnight, on weekends and on December 24 and 25 as well as January 1. CABS will also run modified winter break service (see below) during the academic recess. Regular CABS service will resume on Sunday, January 11. Academic break airport shuttles will be available between Ohio State’s Columbus campus and John Glenn International Airport beginning Tuesday, December 16.
CABS Winter Break Service (no service overnight, on weekends, December 24 and 25, January 1)
Service runs Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

- Campus Connector (CC): 15 minutes
- Campus Loop South (CLS): 15 minutes
- East Residential (ER): 30 minutes
- Northwest Connector (NWC): 30 minutes
- Paratransit
- On-Demand
The Med Center Express, Ackerman Shuttle, Martha Morehouse Shuttle will continue to provide regular service during these times.
Modified Winter Break Service (During Academic Recess - December 26- 31)*
Paratransit and On-Demand will be available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. The Med Center Express, Ackerman Shuttle, Martha Morehouse Shuttle will continue to provide regular service during these times.
There will be no service for:
- Buckeye Express (BE)
- Campus Connector (CC)
- Campus Loop South (CLS)
- East Residential (ER)
- Northwest Connector (NWC)
Wexner Medical Shuttle
The Wexner Medical Shuttle for visitors and patients will continue to provide regular service during winter break. Please note on December 24 and 25 as well as January 1, service will be available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
