Beginning Monday (12/16) early morning through Friday (1/4) late afternoon, College Road between 18th Avenue and Annie & John Glenn Avenue will be closed for utility work associated with the Arts District Expansion project, with traffic detoured to High Street.

Beginning Friday (12/6) early morning and continuing through Saturday (12/7) late afternoon, 11th Avenue east of Neil Avenue will be closed for a crane lift. Access to the 11th Avenue Garage will be maintained. Pedestrians continue to be detoured to the north sidewalk. On Saturday (12/7), the CABS Overnight and Weekend route will be rerouted down 12th Avenue, servicing the Honors House stop only.

CABS winter break service runs Friday (12/13) - Saturday (1/4). Most CABS routes will run reduced bus service Monday - Friday, with no service overnight, on weekends and on university holidays. The Med Center Express and Overnight On-Demand service will continue to run its normal schedule during this time, except on university holidays. The North Express as well as the Overnight and Weekend routes will not run during winter break. Regular CABS service resumes on Sunday (1/5).
On Tuesday (12/3), beginning late afternoon and continuing through mid evening, College Road at Annie and John Glenn Avenue will experience a lane restriction to accommodate utility work . The Buckeye Village (BV) CABS route will be rerouted, servicing RPAC and turning back around on Tuttle Park Place to continue its normal route. During this time, BV will not service University Hall, Arps Hall, Blackburn and Mason Hall bus stops.
The Columbus Turkey Trot will take place on Thurs. (11/28). Rolling closures will occur on several roads, including Lane Avenue, Kenny Road and Woody Hayes Drive from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Motorists traveling to campus are asked to follow the directions of officials in the roadway and to anticipate heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic on campus during the event.
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, CABS will run break service on Wed. (11/27) and no service Thurs. (11/28) – Sat. (11/30). On Sun. (12/1), CABS service will resume with the Overnight and Weekend, Buckeye Village and paratransit service.
On Monday, Nov. 25, from 9 - 11 p.m., RPAC Square, located at the intersection of Annie and John Glenn Avenue and Tuttle Park Place, as well as Annie and John Glenn Avenue and one of the eastbound lanes of Woody Hayes Drive, will be closed for a running event. Thru traffic between the square will not be permitted. Take the COTA bus using the Connector app, scooter or bike to the Ohio State-Penn State game Nov. 23. Curb lanes on High Street between Dodridge St. and Lane Ave. will be preserved for The Game Day Mobility Lane between 10 a.m. and 2 hours after the game. This is the second in a series of Mobility Innovation Tests being conducted by COTA and the City of Columbus to test safer and more efficient mobility options.
